To do list and Plan

With what Im doing ( politics ) i cant really get pictures of may and trump, so i’ll have to illustrate it.

I’ll be using a picture of trump by Lucas Jacksondonald_trump150.jpg

And a picture of may by  Eddie MulhollandTory_Theresa_May_s_3465083b.jpg

This’ll go at the bottom of the page where it’ll be seen under all of the text.

This will be the first thing i’ll be doing. After i need to plan how im going to lay it out and get the correct orders, that’ll be done in word.

The mood board we need to do i’ve already done, so what im planning on doing is doing a story hill to plan out my order on working on everything. I have a check list in my word documents somewhere that i can add to and check off.  As there isn’t an awful lot I can do when it comes down to photographing politics without getting someone else image, the second closest thing i can get to that is drawing them digitally and editing them. I can do these when everyone is out taking photos and in our individual lessons, However, i do want these to be as detailed and accurate to Trump and May as possible because politics is a very controversial topic to many people, and i also feel that illustrating them with the same amount of effort and detail would be fair towards both of what people support.

The good thing about what I am doing is that i wont need permission slips or models, i can take the time to plan out more rather than rush about finding models and booking the studio for the shoot, I can just take my time and draw them both in anyway i can portray them as.

Creative Portraiture

For our first task, we were asked to find two images of movement photography and projection photography.

Next we are doing our own. we’ve gotten  movement pictures and projection pictures. Our first lot of projection pictures came out blurry so we are re-shooting in a couple minutes.

when we went out there were many photos taken but these two are my favourite movement pictures taken by me.

These images are blurry yes, but that was because it was obviously out of focus and as i never use a camera i didn’t check to see if it was in focus.

For my final piece i decided to do this image, this is photo shopped already, i decided to give it a pink overlay with extreme detail on the shadows and extreme light flare on the white as the theme for this is more aesthetic than retro.

The process on how i made it like this and all the detailed information is in this image below, it’s a very simple process once you’re familiar with it.caputreeeee.PNG

Magazine cover practise

IMG_6270.JPG

  stealing a rainy day

So, today we did all about fashion photography. How different brands style their magazine covers. We also did a shoot exploring different poses a model would do, in the studio and out.  we used the resources surrounding us, such as natural lighting. Most magazine covers have such artificial lighting that its normal to see it. However, using a mix of natural and studio, we found it a lot easier to do natural lighting as you get lot work with your resources a lot better. It’ll help a lot when coming to making my cover sill get to experiment with lights as well as props, poses, and expressions and what lighting is suitable for the shoot .

Magazine cover shoots

today we went out and took 5 photos each to represent emotion  as in fashion magazines, emotion is shown.Image-3.png                                                             A wandering heart

It’s good to express your emotion when in a shoot because instead of just the regular blank emotion face its more of a variety, happy, sad, confused etc.

The most popular angle in a magazine is portrait that shows the bust of the model face and body language. There’s a variety of shoot types, you can go in a studio, or have it in public so you can work with. there’s a variety of emotive.

in this image i used natural lighting and a full body shot. i would have had this shoot in the studio in artificial light to see if it still had the same effect it has in natural light.
